The proposed project is located in Bavla which is developing as satellite city to Ahmedabad. It isless than20 KM from sarkhej. The highway is developing as a major industrial and warehouse hub. The location gives excellent connectivity to ll major Gujarat ports like Kandla, Mundra, Porbandar, Veraval, and Pipavav for imports and exports to all part of India. Especially North India, as these ports are the last ports for all supplies to north India bound Imports. (As there is land lock after Gujarat). The proposed DMIC freight corridor passes from here. There has been phenomenal growth, under Industrial Development in Gujarat due to recent reforms and constant push in this sector by government bodies such as Vibrant Gujarat.

Furthermore, at our Bhayla Site which is located 7 km ahead of Bavla and 28 from Ahmedabad ring road we have already constructed, sold and leased 5 lac sqft of warehousing and industrial shed and further development is in progress. The roposed new site is located at Bavlai.e 7 Km before the Bhayla site and 20 km from Ahmedabad ring road.
